At the designated location in Ljubnici, Municipality of Ilijaš, we carried out the complete preparation and leveling of the terrain for the start of construction. The works included removal of the existing soil layer, site leveling, and preparation of the construction base, followed by excavation of the foundations and the installation of the concrete blinding slab (contra slab) for the building with a total gross area of 140 m², designed in an L-shape.
The building consists of a ground floor and one upper floor (P + 1), designed in a modern style with a focus on functionality and contemporary living.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features an open-space concept that includes:
- a spacious living room,
- kitchen and dining area,
- guest bathroom,
- two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
First Floor
The vertical communication leads to the first floor, which consists of:
- three bedrooms,
- each bedroom equipped with its own private bathroom,
- access to the flat roof, suitable for creating a terrace or rooftop area.

The building is situated in a prime location with beautiful views, enhancing the value and quality of the future living space.
