Building Description:
The project involves the construction of a residential building with two floors (ground floor + first floor), located on a sloped terrain. The positioning of the house required the structural design to be adapted to the natural gradient of the land, with part of the house partially embedded into the slope.
Structure and Construction:
The building is being constructed using a reinforced concrete structure, with load-bearing walls and concrete slabs. The slab between the ground floor and the first floor has already been cast, marking the completion of a major phase in the vertical construction process. The next steps include building the upper floor, installing the roof structure, and completing all finishing works up to the “turnkey” stage.
Purpose of the Building:
The house is designed as a family residence with a functional layout on both floors, in accordance with modern living standards. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, and utility rooms, while the first floor is planned for bedrooms and bathrooms.
Infrastructure and Access:
Access to the property is provided from the lower side of the plot, and a retaining wall is planned for terrain stabilization. All necessary infrastructure (electricity, water, sewage) will be connected in accordance with current regulations.
